About The Suffolk Wild Flour Pizza Bar

Hi All,

We’re Mike and Emma. We live in beautiful North Suffolk, close to the Norfolk border.

Mike has had many years experience in the catering industry, from managing catering establishments to running his very own pub in South Devon. Together, we have a big love for good food, authentic flavours and fresh ingredients. Our number one passion however is Italian cuisine.

After the success of our tearoom and pizzeria business ‘Poppies & Daisies’, we decided to concentrate and develop our passion for authentic Italian wood fired pizzas. We set our minds to finding a way of bringing our delicious Neapolitan pizzas to the East of England.

We started the huge task of converting a 1970’s horse box into what would be our mobile pizzeria. After many weeks of hard work – sanding, painting, sawing, drilling and renovating, we could finally get our new venture under way.

Keeping up the theme of Poppies and Daisies we decided on our new name, with the wild flowers of Suffolk in mind but also a nod to Emma’s daughters and Mike’s step-daughters, Poppy and Daisy, The Wild Flour Pizza Bar was born and our charming little vintage pizza trailer was ready.
